该文档的主要功能就是利用vc编写一段代码实现摄像头采集图像。(The main function of the document is vc write a piece of code to achieve the camera capture images.)

说明：  基于OpenCV的MPEG-7特征提取，c++代码(MPEG-7 feature extraction based on OpenCV)

说明：  对图像进行哈夫曼编码并且能够解码，可以在命令行中选择图像地址(Huffman encoding and decoding of images)
