改进人工神经网络法

本程序是想人们说明了一种基于Gabor小波与神经网络的人脸检测的算法(This procedure is explained to people based on Gabor wavelet and neural network face detection algorithm)

Modulation test for OFDM : This is a set of five (5) codes about COFDM (Coded Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) and coding schemes such as Convolutional, BCH, Reed Solomon (RS) and Low Density Parity Check (LDPC). The study uses an OFDM signal over an AWGN Channel with white Gaussian noise model, and calculate the Bit Error Rate wich is plotted.

用于低截获概率雷达设计，计算出低截获概率的截获因子(For LPI Radar design, calculate LPI interception factor)

ddd Coastal Land Use/Land Cover maps and Coastal Regulation Zone map on 1:25,000 and 1:50,000 scales derived from satellite data were collected from State Coastal Zone Management Authorities and enlarged into 1:12,500 scale. The georeferenced maps were digitized in ARC-INFO GIS. Digitized maps were edited, labeled and a layout was prepared. The area statistics of different Ecologically Important Areas were generated and presented in the maps.
