说明：  该程序是一位同学写的，运行该程序需要rtlSDR设备，便宜一点的淘宝不到100元，插上rtlsdr后，配置好matlab环境，能够实现扫描25M-1.75GHz的当地频谱，当然也可以自行修改范围(rtlsdr rx specsweeep 25MHz~175MHz)
