一种基于背景减法和帧差的运动目标检测算法(Based on background subtraction and frame difference moving target detection algorithm)

选择一副灰度图像，用区域分裂合并法对其进行分割(Choose a grayscale image, with its regional divisions split merge method)

亚像素边缘检测，对图像的边缘检测达到亚像素级别(Sub-pixel edge detection, image edge detection to sub-pixel level)

分块计算图像的纹理，包括均值，标准偏差和平滑度等(The texture of a image is calculated based on blocks,including mean, standard deviation and smoothness and so on. )
