该程序实现圆拟合，对学习圆拟合有一定帮助。(circle fit based on VC++)

说明：  在大型机上使用NCL画WRF模式运转结果的雨量图(Use NCL to draw rainfall map of WRF mode operation result)

这是计算机图形学中的一个实验，使用VC++编写，功能是实现用菜单和鼠标交互式画圆。(This is the computer graphics an experiment, the use of VC preparation, function is using interactive menus and mouse Circle.)

pscad编写风机逆变侧模型包括风机，逆变器。简单实用，可以参考(pscad preparation model includes blower fan inverter side, an inverter. Simple and practical, you can refer to)

matlab绘图中柱状图增加图案，用于区分不同柱状图(matlab drawing increased histogram pattern is used to distinguish between different histogram )

对三维融合后的图像进行质量评价，其中包括信息熵、平均梯度、标准差、空间频率、均方根误差、峰值信噪比 (The three-dimensional fusion of the image quality uation, including information entropy, the average gradient, standard deviation, spatial frequency, root mean square error, peak signal to noise ratio)
