说明：  遗传算法求解函数的极值源码，代码分为几个文件都是用遗传算法的操作命名。所求解函数具体说明在适应度函数文件和主要执行文件中都有说明。代码中有大量的注释，额甚至可以说注释的数量比代码量都多，因为编写次源码的初衷就是想用来给别人讲解遗传算法的一个大致的过程。虽然是最简单的GA，但是也还是有一定的效果。代码的不足之处欢迎指出。代码和注释为原创，希望转载者注明来源，以便大家技术交流。(A GA based on MATLAB. Including tons of comments for users. )

After the processing of the simulated and PD ultrasonic signals in field, and according to the stationary feature of white noises and narrow band interference signals, wedraw a conclusion that the reassigned time-frequency distribution method can not only distinguish thePD signal from back ground noises and narrow band interference signals, but also decrease and restrain the influenceof cross-items, and acquire better time )
