使用传输零点，综合低通原型滤波器的P，F，E函数，用以得到S参数(synthesis F P E functions to obtain S parameters by using transmission zeros)

EWT算法，参考文献：IEEE, TSP, Empirical Wavelet Transform(EWT, ref: IEEE TSP, Empirical Wavelet Transform)

说明：  在matlab上面实现升余弦滤波器设计，不是用的matlab函数(In achieving the above raised cosine matlab filter design, not by the matlab function)

选择映射法实现降低OFDM的峰值平均功率比的仿真(Mapping method chosen to achieve lower peak to average power ratio of OFDM-Simulation)

【matlab编程代做】史密斯圆图演示 可以做为参考使用学习([Do] matlab programming on behalf of the Smith chart demonstrates the use of learning can be used as a reference)
