本程序采用宽带AR模型的Yule-Walker法的功率谱进行谱估计的(The program uses broadband AR model method Yule-Walker power spectrum estimation spectrum)

实现信号的插值运算，通过这个程序，可以对非均匀采样的信号进行插值处理，为后面的滤波处理做基础(Realize signal interpolation arithmetic, through this program, the non-uniform sampling signals can be interpolation processing, basis for the back of the filtering process)
