采用双线性变换法实现IIR滤波器 并且用用所设计的滤波器对实际心电图信号采样序列进行仿真滤波处理(IIR filters using the bilinear transformation method and the sampling sequence of the designed filter on the actual ECG signal simulation filtering)

matlab编程中，蒙特卡洛抽样的源程序，蒙特卡洛算法应用(Matlab programming, Monte Carlo sampling of the source, the Monte Carlo algorithm is applied)

实现了PCM编码->基带码型转换（NRZ to HDB3）->QPSK调制->高斯信道->QPSK解调->基带码型反转换（HDB3 to NRZ）->PCM解码。同时给出了误码率曲线。(Achieve a PCM coding-> Baseband code converter (NRZ to HDB3)-> QPSK Modulation-> Gaussian channel-> QPSK demodulator-> anti-baseband conversion pattern (HDB3 to NRZ)-> PCM decoding. Also shows the BER curves.)

读取OBJ模型文件的顶点，面元材质索引等等信息并存在.mat形式。经过验证正确可用！(Read the OBJ model files. )

说明：  建立线路，实现线路在各种短路故障下短路点和母线处电压电流关系(The voltage current relationship between the short-circuit point and the bus bar is realized under various short-circuit faults)

基于最小二乘方法的TOA（基于时间到达方法）定位，首先建立TOA的模型，然后用最小二乘进行仿真分析(TOA-based method of least squares (based on time arrival method) position, first established TOA model, then the simulation analysis using least squares)
