isotherm_filtering_based_on_make_zeta_output_late

  This code uses the output from make_zeta.c file i.e. it uses the displacement of any particular isotherm and outputs the time series of the displacement to zetafile??degC.dat file. Furthermore, this code filters the isotherm displacements, plots the filtered and raw signals at certain specified locations and then creates maps of the isotherm displacement time series
