产生SVD,GMD预编码程序 ,能产生对比图，是很好的仿真程序(acomplish the SVD and GMD procoing)

二自由度重型汽车整车模型，用Simulik搭建的，根据余志生的第五章(DOF；Two degree of freedom model of heavy automobile)
