通过matlab获取财经网站的新闻信息，滤去了网站的广告，里面有四个网站，涵盖网站中所有资讯，可以直接在命令窗口看到新闻资讯。(By matlab to obtain financial website news information, filter went to the website of advertisement, there are four sites, covering all information on the website, you can directly see news and information in command window.)

GloptiPoly 3: moments, optimization and semidefinite programming. Gloptipoly 3 is intended to solve, or at least approximate, the Generalized Problem of Moments (GPM), an infinite-dimensional optimization problem which can be viewed as an extension of the classical problem of moments [8]. From a theoretical viewpoint, the GPM has developments and impact in various areas of mathematics such as algebra, Fourier analysis, functional analysis, operator theory, probability and statistics, to cite a few.
