神经网络进行预测matlab，很不错，值得看看(Neural network prediction matlab, very good, worth a look)

调用MATLAB7 Compiler 产生共享库程序的方法介绍，有如下的大致结构： 1．声明变量或者是函数作为输入变量； 2． 调用 mclInitalizeApplication函数，并测试是否成功，该函数设置了一个全局的MCR 状态，并且构建MCR实例； 3． 对于每个库，调用一次<libraryname>Initalize函数，为库创建一个MCR 实例； 4． 调用库中的函数，并处理其结果（这是程序的主要部分）； 5． 为每个库调用一次<libraryname>Terminate函数，用于注销相联系的MCR； 6． 调用 mclTerminateApplication函数，释放与全局MCR状态相联系的资源； 7． 清除变换，关闭文件等，然后退出。(VC+ MATLAB7 C Shared Library Target)

此程序实现一个模拟的雷达PPI显示界面，能显示雷达站的相关信息(this program produces a interpace about radar PPI, it can display radar station information)

特征值分析，便于模态分析电网稳定态态势分析和薄弱环节识别(Eigenvalue analysis, to facilitate modal analysis grid steady state trend analysis and identification of weak links)

说明：  倒立摆的控制，采用常用的PID算法，现在没有加其他的算法，或许对一些同学有用。(Inverted pendulum control, with common PID algorithm, the algorithm is not added to the other, may be useful for some students.)
