Socket客户端与服务端one by one 通信，最近公司项目中要用到，主要是模仿硬件间的one by one通信，通信过程是 客户端连接，服务端接受连接并等待客户端消息，一定时间内如果没有收到客户端任何消息则断开连接。客户端发送消息后等待服务端消息，一定时间内无返回，则断开。循环上述过程。
