代码实现了BPSK调制解调功能，包含成型滤波和硬判决模块。通过仿真出误码率曲线，并且画出理论曲线，验证了代码的正确性。(This code achieves the modulation and demodulation of BPSK.It includes the shaped filter and hard decision module.I plot the BER curve of BPSK and compared with the theoretical curve, I verify the correctness of the code.)
