这个是我自己写的一个关于按钮的XP风格的类 可以在上边显示图标和文字 只显示图标的时侯不会显示边框。(This is I wrote it myself on XP style buttons in the top of the class can show icons and text will only appear when the icon does not display border Hou.)

说明：  编程实现下面的窗口程序。窗口名称是“My_Windows”，窗口具有最小化、最大化、关闭按钮，窗口的位置和大小可以随意调整。当单击窗口标题栏的最左边时出现系统菜单。 (Programming procedures for the following window. Window name is )
