CPLEX-Plastic Planning - Matlab numericcal tools can be used for scientific computing, the effect of rivals CPLEX (Shaping planning- numerical Matlab tools can be used for scientific computing, the effect is comparable to the CPLEX-Plastic Planning- Matlab numericcal tools can be used for scientific computing Industries Integrated Service, and the effect of rivals CPLEX)

(This work is implemented in matlab environment, the main use of the basics of image processing on a plate image preprocessing. The image conversion, image processing, and morphological image edge detection or the like to enhance the contrast of the image. Morphology and projection Combination plates to locate the picture, and cut out the picture on the basis of use. Finally, the extracted license plate character segmentation into individual character and form a new image.)

(The process is complete extraction of seismic signal detection. Past, the energy ratio of seismic signal, where innovation and choice as the seismic signal zero-crossing edge detection judgments. The new approach is very effective.)
