重装系统后恢复matlab文件关联,重装系统后，若没动MATLAB安装目标，则MATLAB不用重新安装。（同样的原因，可以移动MATLAB安装目标）对MATLAB相关文件，建立重新关联就行了。(Reinstall the system restore matlab file association, reinstall the system, if no action MATLAB installation target, MATLAB without having to reinstall.
