基于形状的灰度共生矩阵的图像检索，利用基元扫描图像(Shape-based image retrieval GLCM, using primitive scanned image)

YUV420视频的缩放，经过高度的优化，其中三次卷积插值（cubic convolution）算法的效果最好，优化程度也最高。其基本思想是通过整型化、查表等方法消除每一帧图像插值运算中的浮点运算和乘除法运算。(scale YUV420 video frames with cubic, bilinear & cubic convolution interpolation algorithms。)

说明：  图片采用3x3均值滤波，用Verilog语言描述，输入输出分别使用外同步(Pictures are filtered with 3x3 mean and described in Verilog language. Input and output are synchronized with each other.)

提取SIFT特征，进行特征提取和匹配，包括特征点的定位，特征点描述子的生成，特征点的匹配，(extract SIFT feature，and feature matching)

ViBE背景建模算法，从 PC上移植改编，可在嵌入式上运行，效率较高(ViBE background modeling algorithm, coded PC to imbeded. )

显示BMP图片，并绘制直方图。程序无误，可运行。(Display BMP image, and draw the histogram. Program is correct, you can run.)

说明：  用c写的jpg编解码，包括jpeg2bmp和bmp2jpeg，可在vc6下调试。(With c written jpg codec, including jpeg2bmp and bmp2jpeg, may be under vc6 debugger.)
