自己编写图像旋转； （1）可以任意设定旋转中心； （2）旋转通过坐标矩阵和旋转矩阵一步到位，得出旋转之后的对于坐标矩阵；（myrotate和myrotate1功能一样，后者只是在前者基础上，将旋转矩阵和平移矩阵集成到一起了）； （3）自带构造测试矩阵，可以直接运行；(rotate img by myself all center )

这个是最成熟的人脸检测算法viola-jones的matlab版本实现，适合搞研究的同学们(a matlab implementation of the viola-jones face dection!)

说明：  计算GIF彩色图像的差异，两幅图像大小一致且调色板一致。其中Psnr 为两幅图像的psnr值.P 为两幅图像之间像素索引不同的索引值占图像大小的比例。(GIF image color difference calculation, the two images the same size and same color palette.
