该程序是《图论及其应用》中最小生成树的克鲁斯科尔算法的其中一种描述方法，特点是求解过程和人们手动求解的思路相近。功能是输入一个赋权图的边的编号及其权值，程序返回最小生成树对应的边的编号。编号由用户自己定义，根据结果给出的编号可以由原图绘出最小生成树。(This program can get the smallest tree from a weighted-graph. )
