使用matlab工具完成mcmc（马尔科夫蒙托卡罗）方法的计算。包含多个m文件。(Matlab tools to complete the MCMCcalculations. Contains more than one m file.)

This m file reads the V1 files of strong motion, i.e. the raw format as recorded by the accelerographs. Then seperates the three components, and puts the earthquake and station specifications into branches of a structure variable.

读取IGS文件（观测文件*.*o 广播星历*.*n；精密星历*.sp3；修正电离层对流层）。均是matlab函数形式，可直接用于GPS matlab数据处理(reading IGS files (oberservation file*.*o navigation files*.*n precise orbit*.sp3) correct errors of Ionosphere delay and Tropsphere delay)
