系统的单相故障选线方法。通过EMD时空滤
波,在故障线路零序电流中提取暂态分量作
为特征量,以Teager能量算子法求得暂态分
量的瞬时频率、实际频率和幅值,进而得到
信号的能量均值,再以能量均值为故障判
据,从而检测出故障线路。经Matlab/Simulink
仿真验证,结果表明该方法的有效性,且算
