In this letter, we derive a minimum mean squared error (MMSE) optimal estimator for clean speech spectral am-plitudes, which we apply in single channel speech enhancement. As opposed to state-of-the-art estimators, theoptimal estimator is derived for a given clean speech spectral phase. We show that the phase contains additional information that can be exploited to distinguish outliers in the noise from the target signal.

（1） 本系统用到四种神经网络对漏电嫌疑系数进行预测，分别是BP神经网络、RBF神经网络、GRNN神经网络、Elman神经网络，通过对神经网络结构参数的设置和调试，可以得到很好的预测效果，实际值和预测值之间的误差能达到5 以内。 （2） 本系统使用matlab做GUI界面，在界面上就可以分别对这四种神经网络的结构参数进行设置，从而可以调整神经网络的结构，达到较好的预测精度。 ((1) The system used four neural network to predict the suspected leakage coefficient, respectively, the BP neural network, RBF neural network, GRNN neural network, Elman neural network, the neural network structure parameter setting and commissioning, can get very good prediction, between the actual and predicted values ​ ​ of error of less than 5 . 相比DeconvNet写得比较简洁易懂。但是原来代码里面给的数据似乎没法跑。所幸同作者还有一些代码用到了TCNN，比如action recognition，可以一起下载下来参考。这个代码主要特色就是tiled结构，可以用来参考，然后把里面ICA的优化函数换成RICA，Sparse Coding等等。总之，在这个代码里也了解了不少(比如line search等)。(DeconvNet well written and easy to understand compared to relatively simple. But the original code to the data inside can not seem to run. Fortunately, there are some code with the author uses TCNN, such action recognition, can be downloaded along down the reference. This code is the main feature tiled structure that can be used for reference, and then put inside the ICA optimization functions into RICA, Sparse Coding and so on. In short, this code can also learn a lot (such as line search, etc.).)
