对一组具有相似模式的数据进行聚类，并且进行可视化(SOM)

自己按照TPAMI文章编写的approximate pairwise accuracy criterion (aPAC)。已测试无误，并提供该代码所对应的文章。(This matlab code is writtern by myself,namely approximate pairwise accuracy criterion (aPAC)。The paper corrsponding to code is also provided.)

盲信号语音分离的程序，基于独立分量的分离程序，若输入两个源信号，则可以输出一组混合信号和分离后的信号(Blind signal speech separation procedure, based on independent component separation procedure, enter the two source signals, the output signal after a group of mixed-signal and separation)

Low Pass Filter. it is used to find the low frequency components of the image. it gives the blurry image and removes noise

This sample demonstrates using the Microsoft Video Control to view ATSC digital television in a window. This is a simple ATL application that merely hosts the control and allows you to adjust the channel up or down. When CPPVideoControl launches, it will look for an ATSC Network provider on your system. If a working tuner is found, CPPVideoControl builds the digital television filter graph, tunes to channel 46, and displays the broadcast signal. It may take several seconds to completely build the digital television filter graph, so please be patient.
