说明：  matlab的bp神经网络算法以及准确率的计算，训练函数采用lm算法(Matlab bp neural network algorithm and accuracy calculation, training function using LM algorithm)

本程序对两种固定步长和一种变步长最小均方误差算法的权值收敛进行了仿真，结果表明变步长的算法效果更优。(This programme compare LMS algorithm with VSLMS algorithm. The result indicate that the latter is better.)

说明：  利用在box-muller 和在时域上通过低通滤波器的方法产生多普勒频移的瑞利信道(Using the box-muller, and in the time domain through a low pass filter method produces Doppler frequency shift of the Rayleigh channel)
