分水岭经典算法的改造，利用了top -hat变换和 bottom - hat变换来增强对比度(Classical watershed transform algorithm, the use of the top-hat transform and bottom- hat transform to enhance the contrast)

说明：  用matlab实现汽车牌照识别系统的定位算法(Automobile License Plate Recognition System Location Algorithm)

自己编写图像平滑算法：均值滤波和中值滤波，设置不同的均值滤波模板，以得到最好的图像输出结果。(I have written the image smoothing algorithm: mean filter and median filter, mean filter set different templates to get the best image output.)
