真的是一个好程序，匹配追踪和正交匹配追踪，包含CV、CA、Single、当前、恒转弯速率、转弯模型，微分方程组数值解方法，LDPC码的完整的编译码，应用小区域方差对比，程序简单。

实现基于matlab细胞分割，采用OTSU法选取阈值分割细胞核，其中图像预处理包括滤波，填充，进行“或”运算优化图像效果，对图像进行开运算，去掉细胞与细胞之间相粘连的部分，对黏连细胞有分割效果，分割效果不错

说明：  本程序实现了线性正抛物Radon 变换，反抛物Radon 变换，并附带有详细的注释。(this program is compiled in matlab used for computed tomography.it realize the reconstruction from origin image.)
