(Exchange randomly node link with total degree numbers unchange. )

(Seeking matlab genetic algorithm source code for solving optimization problems with constraints.)

(The first part is a function of three sources wigner-ville program (wigner distribution, pseudo wigner distribution, smoothed pseudo wigner distribution) the second part is about the first difference, the second derivative of the subroutine, the source function and expression simulation examples These two parts are the source matlab environment.)

(FIR of matlab simulation and verification, but also the more typical procedure matlab )

（直接实测代码）(Based on the MATLAB platform, clustering analysis function can be realized. (direct measured code))
