说明:  matlab程序模拟微分方程。各种流行的系统显示混沌运动特征。(This toolbox contains the functions which can be used to simulate some of the well-known fractional order chaotic systems, such as: - Chen s system, - Arneodo s system, - Genesio-Tesi s system, - Lorenz s system, - Newton-Leipnik s system, - Rossler s system, - Lotka-Volterra system, - Duffing s system, - Van der Pol s oscillator, - Volta s system, - Lu s system, - Liu s system, - Chua s systems, - Financial system, - 3 cells CNN. The functions numerically compute a solution of the fractional nonlinear differential equations, which describe the chaotic system. Each function returns the state trajectory (attractor) for total simulation time. )

  • kPCA_v2.0
    Principal component analysis (PCA) is a popular tool for linear dimensionality reduction and feature extraction. Kernel PCA is the nonlinear form of PCA, which is promising in exposing the more complicated correlation between original high-dimensional features. In this paper, we first talk about the basic ideas of PCA and kernel PCA, and then focus on the reconstruction of pre-images for kernel PCA. We also give an introduction on how PCA is used in active shape models (ASMs), and discuss how kernel PCA can be applied to improve traditional ASMs. Then we show some experiment results to compare the performance of kernel PCA and traditional PCA for pattern classification. We also implement the kernel PCA-based ASMs, and use it to construct human face models.

    说明:  最近看到有人提问怎样用FFT实现频谱分析,我认为能够进行到频谱分析的人,对于系统研究的深度基本上已经相当不错了。本人今天做了一个例程,发给大家参考一下。 历程主要内容(signal_analyzer.rar)如下: test1.txt 第一列为时间t,0.001s为步长;第二列为系统的输入信号;第三列为系统的输出信号。 signal_analyzer.m首先将test1.txt 的数据读入workspace,然后进行FFT,分析出两信号的频率,输出对于输入的幅值衰减(db),输出对输入的相位差。(The question was asked recently to see the realization of how to use FFT spectral analysis, I think that spectral analysis can be carried out to those who study the depth of the system basically is already quite good.
