这是一个关于基于VCSOA的光开关的仿真程序。仿真程序基于传输矩阵法设计的，将整个器件在轴向按折射率的不同分成很多层。计算了在外部抽运（即泵浦，加在放大器上的工作电流）呈现周期性变化时，放大器将输出一系列的光脉冲，即光开关。 ( This is a simulation package for computing the characteristics of the VCSOA when acting as an optical switch, which is designed based on TMM( transfer matrix method). The whole device is splitted into many segments in the axis direction according to different index. When the external pump is a periodic signal, the output of the VCSOA would be a pulse train, which can be used as optical switch. )

利用常用四阶龙格-库塔公式求初值，再利用汉明公式、米尔恩公式和改进的四阶亚当斯隐式公式及常用的四阶龙格-库塔公式求解其余的数值解求解常微分方程初值问题，并计算它与精确解的误差(Use of commonly used fourth order Runge- Kutta initial value to the Formula, and then use the Hamming formula, Milne formula and improved fourth-order implicit Adams formula and the commonly used Runge- Kutta formula for solving the numerical solution for solving the remaining ordinary Differential Equations, and calculate the error it with exact solutions)
