SC定时同步算法实现

生物地理学优化算法，包含基本算法及其与差分优化算法相结合的算法(Biogeography optimization algorithm and its improvement)

元胞自动机NS，根据规则编写，可简单模拟交通流问题，可应用路上交通流的模拟，属于闭环的，车辆往复循环跑。

对nii文件进行Z变换，并保存成nii文件(Z transform to the NII file and save it as a NII file)
