ic读写源代码，创建文件、读、写等功能的简单实现。(Source code of IC card IO)

说明：  使用VB查看DWG文件，经典产品 使用VB 查看AUTOCAD图形(View DWG files to use VB, VB classic products AUTOCAD graphics view)
