这是一个较标准的Matlab实现的jpeg压缩源代码，注释的十分详细，比较适合新手练习与学习。效率不是很高，压缩图像可能需要较长的时间。非原创，但是具体的来源已经忘记。运行时用main函数运行，参数是要压缩的图像的名字字符串。

本代码：基于有限域加群的QC-LDPC构造法，构造出一个行满秩的校验矩阵H。可以利用这个行满秩校验矩阵H直接用高斯消元法进行LDPC编码。（只是构造校验矩阵H的代码，没有LDPC编译码，不过可以在网上找相应的编译码程序）
